Important information for those who want to make a pre-reservation:

1. Your name and surname are sufficient for pre-booking;

2. No pre-payment is required. You will pay at the avenue. We kindly request you to bring cash with you. To avoid any problems, we kindly request that you adjust your payments so that you don’t need change.

3. When you contact us for a pre-reservation, we will send you a reservation number.

4. Before starting calligraphy, please specify at most three short words and preferably write them on a piece of paper. Thus, our artist will be able to easily write the calligraphy you want without any errors.

5. The artist will write calligraphy as much as possible according to the reservation order. In this way, we will try to prevent long queues and crowded environments. Our assistants, whom we will assign from our team, will assist you in this regard. First, you will make your payment to our assistants, then you will go to the artist’s work area and have your calligraphy written in turn.
